Inspired by the nighttime buzz of the world’s most iconic hotels and rooftop bars, our unique outlook of depth and darkness works to ignite and engage the senses. We take great pride in making your time with us as enjoyable as possible, and by delivering an overall experience, we hope to create an electrifying atmosphere that transports you away on a journey of texture, taste and smell.

Discover our Drinks List for a carefully selected collection of red, white, rosé, sparkling wines and champagne, along with our favourite whiskeys, spirits and soft drinks to pair effortlessly with your food. Our signature cocktails have been invented, tried, tested and approved in-house.
Choose from our 2 or 3 course Lunch Menu, created as a meticulously considered sample of all of our best bits - featuring our fillet steak, signature Prime burger, pork bonbons and irresistible chocolate mousse. Available Monday-Saturday, noon until 3pm.
Take a glimpse at our Dessert Menu, an assortment of after-dinner plates, dessert cocktails, liqueurs and wines curated by our team - includes our decadent chocolate and orange fondant and scrumptious s'mores martini.
